LOS ANGELES, July 17, 2009 ----With respect to recent Internet postings of Erin Andrews, she has authorized her attorney, Marshall B. Grossman of Bingham McCutchen LLP, to issue the following statement:
"While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent. She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. We request respect of Erin's privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities."

Evidently the Erin Andrews' videos have been sitting "dormant" on Dailymotion.com for over 5 months!
The videos were posted on Dailymotion.com by a person(s) with the username 'Goblazers1' on February 17, 2009!!
DonChavez.com theorizes that the perpetrator - 'Goblazers1' - is a fan of the Alabama-Birmingham Blazers.
Some of the Andrews' videos were geotagged. Some tagged with Atlanta, some from outside Waco, Texas and some from outside Montgomery, Alabama!!
Andrews and the ESPN College Gameday crew were in Alabama for the week 5 Tennessee-Auburn game and week 14 for the Auburn-Alabama game!!! DonChavez.com goes on to point out that, "Both of these games, and their surrounding hotels, are in Blazer Country."
The HBWHOF smells a lawsuit and MUCHO PUBLICITY FOR ERIN ANDREWS AND ESPN!!!!
